About Us
Business partners and life long friends, Rachel Blackwell and Louisa Priestley, developed the idea of the show as a natural progression from working within the baby and toddler market. This was back in 2004 and they have built the business over the years into a fantastic annual event!
They are very excited to have Boots working in association with the East Midlands Baby and Toddler Show again for 2009. Rachel said “Boots originate from Nottingham so it seems logical for them to be involved, this show is going to be fantastic for all involved” The event is held at the East Midlands Conference Centre.
The Show is the only event dedicated to providing practical demonstrations and advice, showcasing new products and offering access to a multitude of services focused on every aspect of family life. There’s always lot’s to buy, so whether you’re a mum for the first time or the fifth, whatever age and whatever circumstance, this Show has it all, including a dedicated pregnancy area with Massage for babies, Antenatal classes and hypnobirthing to a multitude of exhibitors showcasing and selling a huge variety of products! There’s an activity room and a child model competition!
Facilities at the Centre are excellent and provide visitors with a restaurant and 2 café bars - with high chairs available - on site.
